Leads the global Program Design competency for Salesforce's innovation team, Ignite. Our 55 talented Program Designers design, lead and deliver strategic programs that navigate ambiguity, strengthen relationships, and challenge Salesforce's most strategic customers to think bigger.

  • Defined and developed the new competency of Program Design. Led the Program Design vision and agenda by codifying best practices while continuously evolving strategy and methods. Built new processes, tools, and institutional knowledge. Conducted enablement across the 140-person org. 

  • Navigated complex organizational issues and designed successful cross-organizational collaboration with orgs across Salesforce.

  • Led 55 indirect reports from AMER, EMEA, LATAM, APAC and JAPAN regions

  • Defined talent requirements by level, created job descriptions and supported hiring.

  • Supported department-wide shift from capability to OU org design. Collaboratively launched department-wide survey to place talent. Conducted a global listening tour which included workshops with 10 different studios, interviews with 13 leaders, and 110 1:1s.

  • Launched the Program Design community and toolkit within first month in role.

  • Created engagement model of self-service, community support and hands-on mentorship.

  • Created monthly and quarterly feedback loops from ICs and leadership to track sentiment and impact.

  • Launched global workshare events to increase connection and knowledge share across regions.
