    • Led cross-functional team to craft vision and strategy that laid the groundwork for Boundless Learning, a pioneer in workforce-aligned learning solutions. Since 2023 the company has launched over 450 academic programs with a 95% student retention rate.

    • Led cross-functional team working with C-suite executives to create service transformation vision and strategy for leading US healthcare company.

    • Defined market opportunity and product strategy for Oshi Health, the first virtual gastrointestinal care clinic with widespread reach. Since launching in 2018, 92% of participants achieved symptom control in less than four months after three to six months of virtual care, and Oshi intervention equaled more than $10,000 per patient in medical cost savings in six months.

    • Led research and concept development of Tomorrow Sleep by Simmons Serta, a direct-to-consumer brand launched in 2017. Informed brand positioning, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy through quantitative and qualitative research.

    • Worked extensively in the field to develop and launch a fuel delivery system in the Middle East

    11. 2014- 12. 2015

    • Principal designer of the Owlet Dream Sock, the first-of-its-kind FDA-cleared smart baby monitor. The work led to a successful $7M Series A funding round in 2015 and the company went public in Summer of 2021. 2 million infants are currently monitored on the Owlet platform and the company continues to be a leader in the baby wearables space.

    • Key strategic designer of Dolby’s brand design story and visual design language, which was implemented company-wide and won an IDSA Bronze award in 2018
